Reasons are, this is what i know really well, anything that happens out in the field i can fix. My next laptop will probably be a PC and ill go back to using serato on it. Really the only reason i run a Macbook is because i got a brand new MacBook for $400. Would any of this stop me from using Serato on a PC, No. The screen would freeze and jerk a bit more than my Mac. My PC would never have audible dropouts, but that lil light came on all the time.

My PC blows away my macbook in the speed department for serato, things load faster. I do all my edits, production, downloading taggins sorting, everything on the PC.
